About the role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Bengali-speaking individual to join the growing team at Synapse Solution Pvt Ltd as a part-time demo presenter.
Based remotely in Bangladesh, your main responsibility will be to communicate with potential clients in Bengali, guide them through product demo sessions, and support them in understanding our solutions. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and an interest in technology, even if they do not have a formal IT background.
What you'll be doing
Understand the company’s software products and services
Present and explain solutions clearly in Bengali, tailored for client needs
Assist in live product demonstrations to clients
Maintain a professional appearance and tone during online meetings
Communicate effectively in both Bengali and English
Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with qualified prospective clients to nurture interest in our product offerings.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with leads to address initial inquiries and facilitate their participation in scheduled product demonstrations.
- Deliver comprehensive and articulate product presentations, adhering to standardized scripts and training materials to ensure consistent messaging.
- Effectively manage live Q&A sessions during demonstrations, providing accurate and clear responses while coordinating with internal support teams as necessary.
- Maintain professional communication standards that reinforce the company’s brand reputation and foster client trust.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge and presentation skills to contribute to personal and organizational growth.
Skills & Qualifications
- Native Bengali speaker with clear and confident communication skills
- Comfortable speaking with business clients in a professional manner
- IT students or recent graduates are preferred
- Demonstrates a professional attitude and a strong willingness to learn
- Reliable, proactive, and able to manage short online sessions independently
Experience Requirements
It is a entry level position.
Minimum Years of Experience: 1
Other Requirements:- Prior experience in customer service, support, sales, or online presentations is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be fluent in Bengali and comfortable communicating clearly in a professional setting.
- Familiarity with tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet is a plus.
- Experience in explaining software products, handling client queries, or guiding users through demos will be considered an advantage.
- Candidates with strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a positive attitude are encouraged to apply, even without formal IT experience.
Academic Requirements
- Current undergraduates or recent graduates are welcome to apply, especially those with strong Bengali communication skills and a willingness to learn.
