Operating Bio Metrics Software EMPRESS- (Employee Performance Escalation System) and Maintain All Employee Bio- Metrics Attendance. 4. Checking physically employee’s attendance & work Site. 5. Set-up Employee Duty roster. 6. Arrange Orientation Program to Develop the Skill of Manpower. 7. Making Monthly Payroll Sheet of Transport, Denting-Painting, Engine and Automobile Workshop, Factory etc. 8. Observed Factory and Logistics Operational, Accounts, Liaison Activities. 9. Supervised day to day activities. 10. Maintaining & arrange of Housekeeping equipment & all H.R-Admin related works. 11. Monitoring All H.R-Admin Activities of FMCG Depot & Cement Ghats/Depot. 12. Maintaining Daily labour, Contractual agreement works & pay Labor bill. 13. Making Yearly Increment Sheet and Promotion. 14.
