First, Lead two vital departments: Wire Drawing and GI wire and do some important task like Capacity Planning, Resource Optimization and implementation of Lean Methodology. After 6 months take over a new setup of Padlock Manufacturing. There at first works with Capacity Planning, Work Design, Work Measurement and Inventory Management. Currently working with VSM, Layout for expanding the capacity. Major Responsibilities were in the Wire Drawing and GI : 1. Capacity Planning By forecasting the demands and capacity analysis, allocate the resources with a proper man machine scheduling. 2 . Implement production tracking system for better understanding the work in process material 3. Resource Optimization by analyzing the process and creating VSM 4. Implement 3S and VSM for workplace management and perfect visualization of process flow of the production floor. 5.Working on implementing the Production tracking System that helps immediate response with the demand changes in the market and minimizes the throughput time. 6. Raising the culture of using safety equipment on the production floor and gradually minimizing the risks. 7. Check daily WIP and wastage and maintain IE daily,weekly and monthly checklist . Major Responsibilities in the Padlock Dept is the Current work place: 1. Commissioning, documentation and learning everything about padlock manufacturing. 2. Planning for manpower, Raw materials (Lock parts) and overall production for new setup 3. Train up new employees about all the assemblies according to lock parts 4. Arrange Monthly Inventory to manage WIP and replenish inventory. 5. Prepare necessary SOP for different processes and train up all the employees about safety 6. Work and Motion Study to improve the different Assembly Speed or SMV 7. Train up the m/c operator about the standard using of HMI
