Duties/Responsibilities: 01. Customer relations. 02. Maintaining the relationship with the existing client and potential client. 03. Establish initial contact with customers. 04. Maintain liaison with current and prospective clients. 05. Make site visits in order to assist in development of marketing site. 06. Client follows up: Existing and prospective. 07. Identification of potential client and fact finding from all possible sources. 08. Promotional activities as per market demand. 09. Coordinate with Gov. department to ensure timely payment to supplier. 10. Prepare comparative analysis to make the right decision. 11. Keeping an idea of current market trend for different products/services. 12. Information upcoming tender. 13. Provide support to the Director in developing relationship with Govt office. 14. Document Prepared and sent to concerned Principal. 15. Document soft or hard copy collection. 16. Document, prepare & submit. Maintain all records/ dates for renew of License, Permissions and ensure they are don as per given time line to avoid legal/statutory complicities. 17. Gas sector Business for Gov. Department Gas Field Organization Tender process, Documentary Collect & Relationship. 18. Relationship & monitoring all Government Office (Petrobangla, BPDB, Washa, Explosive Department, Environment etc). 19. Frequently Site visit. 20. Monitoring Gas Field projects work and aim to make the projects successful.
